After nearly 4 years of decoration, the Greenwich armour project is nearly complete.
I have the burgonet, falling buff and locking gauntlet to complete, but all of the other pieces are finished.

I. Am. Speechless. That is a work of art. Holy something, I can't word right now. Gorgeous. I'm just. Incoherent with admiration. Any king would've been lucky to have such armour.

ReplyDeleteThe Time effort and commitment it must have taken to create such a functional work of art is phenomenal! While I know you would never part with it, what would it cost to commission a custom suit not as decorative as this one to be sure but I have an idea so general ball park?
ReplyDeleteSeeing as this took a total of 20 years to make with a team of expert artisans, I'd imagine you're looking at somewhere around seven figures
